On Xbox, all settings reset for apex

Since the latest season start, my game resets controller settings and gameplay and video settings every time I launch after console has been turned off. No reset etc has fixed it. During gameplay, I see teammates experiencing the same thing and hear it over voice chat yelling about the controller stick punching instead of sliding etc so it’s happening for more than just me
