Opened 10 apex packs and the Spark Bonus meter did not change

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? open 10 packs
Spark Bonus meter at 0. Opened 10 apex packs and meter remained at 0. Did not get my epic pack. Contacted support and they were super useful at doing absolutely nothing as always.
