I had the same issue and spoke with customer support after noticing my EA/Origin Access Rewards had simply vanished.
I was told that because I purchased a single month EA Access subscription card I would no longer have the rewards after the subscription had run out.
The representatives I spoke to were no help whatsoever, starting with the first guy who couldn't comprehend the the question and shortly after starting the chat he proceeded to end the connection because I took longer than 30 seconds to type my response.
The second told me from the start that I should contact Xbox support because EA wouldn't be able to provide me with assistance, even after I asked if there was any other representative who might be able to help clarify.
Very annoying considering I only purchased the membership to get the in game rewards (A Flatline Skin, EA Access Banner Badge and 1000 Apex Coins) but this is the part I cannot wrap my head around. Anthem players who purchase EA/Origin Access also receive a weapon skin and similar loot but they get to keep it when the membership ends, and here is a quote directly from EA reassuring buyers that the Anthem Vinyl (Skin in Apex) is theirs to keep:
"What happens to my vinyl if I decide to cancel my EA Access/Origin Access subscription?
Not a thing, it’s yours to keep."

I guess around $200 (and that's not even counting the money spent membership purchases like Twitch and EA Access) spent in game is somehow not enough to become a valued customer, but it would be nice if those of us who can afford to show so much support for the game are shown equal support in return when issues arise.
Hoping for a solution ASAP otherwise it might be time to say goodbye to EA/Origin games for me.
