Owned characters back to locked

With this new season 21 update I lost two legends. they were owed and now they are relocked.

(Fuse and Maggie) It’s like they were forfeited back to the system. 
This is not like season 20 they are locked locked like I can’t do anything with them anymore And I’m going to have to use legend tokens to re-unlock them

    Fuse and Maggie were part of the S20 Boosted Event, wherein you complete challenges to perma unlock these Legends. Can you clarify whether you completed these challenges and perma unlocked them and still didn't get them unlocked as of this update or you didn't complete these Boosted Event challenges to perma unlock them, therefore they should still be locked behind Apex Coins/Legend Tokens.

    OK, thank you for the clarification. 

    I cannot say that I completed the challenges. (They are not my mains) It’s still is frustrating that I have to re-unlock them though. I’m not very good and Play more socially. but at least I know what happened

    My legend Fuse who was previously unlocked is now locked again… I can still see how many games I played with him, apex damage, and headshots via his trackers.  I only have one account and I only play on PlayStation so I’m not sure what the issue is. I have already tried resetting the game and checking the servers as suggested but it’s been 5 days already and he is still locked.
