Pack gave a Wingman skin I already had

I already had the Legendary Double Bypass skin for the Wingman when a pack I opened showed it. I know this skin belongs to the System Override event so how come it showed up? I know it should not be possible but what if it is? When I went in the menu to look at all the Wingman skins I had, that skin was already in my Favorites list along with Battle Blaster.

Does Respawn/EA have logs they can look at? I wish I had my Instant Replay turned on to capture this.
