Packet loss 2%

Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. kings canyon
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. home menu

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? poor framerate and packetloss
What should be happening instead? steady frame rate
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? server related packet loss issue.

2 to 4 packet loss Europe servers. London server is my home server always have minimum 2% packet loss. Console users need better network feedback built into the game, a framerate clock would be helpful to understand what is happening mid game

    Hi there, @MR666WILLIAMS.

    I'll try to help find out why you're getting packet loss. First, are you on a wired or wireless connection? Also, I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

  • @EA_Aljo I've reset router and reset port forwarding and saved settings . Reset xbox one x console. Im using ethernet cable. I've done tests on my pc everything seems OK.
