It’s been doing this for the past couple of days even if games weren’t updating, I can disable keep my games up to date to see if it will work

If you're still running into packet loss can we try running through some connectivity troubleshooting to see if that helps at all?
I'd recommend starting off with the basic connectivity troubleshooting steps over at the EA Help website. If you're still having any trouble after that check out the Xbox-specific steps as well. Let me know if that helps at all with the packet loss you've been seeing.
