Party leader has left, kicked mid game and party leader never left.

I was looting mid game and stopped to wait for my teammate to catch up, all of a sudden it kicked me to the lobby menu and there was a message on the bottom that said the party leader has quit. Only ...

I just had the same problem. I joined with a friend in party. The 3rd (Matched) person died we weren't able to rescue him, few seconds later I get notification that "party leader quit". My party teammate was still in-game and I got kicked to lobby with the notification.
