Peacekeeper Not Shooting (Bug Report Season 20)

Peacekeeper bug where sometimes it won't shoot after you charged it up and then cancelling it. This happens fairly often and easy to replicate.
I've made an example video.

Excuse me for the terrible quality, i don't have the best pc nor have the best knowledge to record. But please just pay attention to my mouse input and the gun.

Please fix this, this bug has been present for years from what i've looked up, even pro players got it too. How is this still a thing after years.. and i'm not the first one to report it i believe.
