Where did the issue occur? In a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Can't remember where exactly but it was on a cliff then I dropped to a river.
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. I was downed

How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? Only happened once after lots of games.

What happens when the bug occurs? I was able to shoot and reload my weapon while I was downed.
What should be happening instead? You can't shoot your gun when down
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I was downed while falling on a cliff.
I was able to shoot my weapon while I was downed.
I can shoot and reload.
I did not check if I can swap. I only happened once.
Also happened to me, it happens if you get downed doing a certain animation like changing guns or reloading I think. Super broken when it happens

i’m not able to attach anything right now since it is on my ps4
I'm pretty sure this was a bug, my brother didn't do it intentionally it just kinda happened. No doubt we were going to win anyway but damn that must be irritating to get killed by someone knocked down
I literally had this happen to me just now and I was about to report it.

Were you able to get a recorded clip of this happening? Are you sure they weren't sliding?i’m positive they were not sliding because their knockdown shield was deployed

What happens when the bug occurs? I was in a Fight with some people and went to hide and med up with a phoenix kit. Whilst using the kit I was shot and downed, but I was still able to shoot while I was down. instead of putting up my knock down shield. I knock the guy who knocked me down and killed him through this glitch.
What should be happening instead? Just going down and having my Knock down shield up and not shooting at the guy.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure since I have no idea at what triggered it.

Thanks, that's a great clip. I wonder if the combo of jumping while healing, while taking the downing shot is a factor?
If anyone else gets a clip that would be very helpful.
