Where did the issue occur? In a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. In the river beside the cascades to the right of Slum Lakes
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. I was using a Shield Battery, then started jumping while the item was being consumed and got killed mid-air.

What happens when the bug occurs? After the bug happens, you're able to shoot and aim your weapon while being knocked down. Can't run / jump / use abilities or items but you can freely use your weapons as if you were still alive.
What should be happening instead? Remain knocked unable to shoot.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not entirely sure what caused it. Used a shield battery and then jumped. As i was jumping an enemy approached me so i tried to cancel the usage (while still in mid air) and shoot. The enemy then killed me while still in mid air but since i was trying to cancel the item with left click i somehow managed to shoot a bullet at the exact same time i was knocked down. Once this happened i realized i was able to fully use my weapons and even aim down sights while being knocked down. An important thing to point out is that i was indeed in the crawling state of being knocked down, had the revive timer, knocked down health meter and could not jump / run / use abilities. My teammates said my character model looked crawling with a weapon stuck to my shoulder.
