Player can shoot while downed (old1)

This happened to me as well, i think it was when i was pulling out my weapon after deploying a healing drone as Lifeline 

I have been the recipient of this bug also

I play on PS4 and was shot after having knocked a lifeline 

I want to bring this up - I was able to shoot enemies while downed.

Where did the issue occur? In a match

Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu: Outside of bunker

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Using a phoenix kit, with a Legendary Knockdown Shield equipped, being downed by an enemy: using devotion, grappling (i think i grappled a tree? to the south side of bunker by the house). Got downed shortly after grappling (not sure if mid air or if i got knocked up by a grenade). I believe i was reloading at the time.

Did your squad mates also experience the issue? No

How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? no clue. I've never seen it before.

How often does the bug occur? Unable to test.

How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay

What happens when the bug occurs? Weapon finished reloading and was able to down enemy team from down position. Could not use knockdown shield.

What should be happening instead? I should not have been able to shoot while being down.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? No clue. Try grapple swinging towards an enemy while being shot at/down with low hp?

I do not remember the exact equipment I had when the issue occured. Just the weapon I was using.

Just happened to me.  Was using a peacekeeper and was playing as bloodhound.  Was knocked down but was still able to shoot my peacekeeper

With the recent season two update this has started to happen on PS4 and I have been the victim to people that have killed me while they’re down 

Had a legendary knockdown too,

But i was not phoenixing, intead, with Mirage I tried to launch my ultimate and got down just as it launched, when I reapeared i was able to shoot, i even managed to knockdown the one to put me down.
