Player can shoot while downed (old1)

I'm pretty sure this was a bug, my brother didn't do it intentionally it just kinda happened. No doubt we were going to win anyway but damn that must be irritating to get killed by someone knocked down

What happens when the bug occurs? I was in a Fight with some people and went to hide and med up with a phoenix kit. Whilst using the kit I was shot and downed, but I was still able to shoot while I was down. instead of putting up my knock down shield. I knock the guy who knocked me down and killed him through this glitch.
What should be happening instead? Just going down and having my Knock down shield up and not shooting at the guy.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure since I have no idea at what triggered it.

I was using a shield cell on wraith and I was knocked down by an enemy but was still able to shoot my gun and reload. After all my squad mates were killed I was finished off as would be expected when an entire squad is killed. I listed the gear I was wearing as best as I can remember.

What happens when the bug occurs? I shot two enemy players to retrieve my team mates beacon. After knocking the second enemy, I left him alone for a second to grab the beacon and the knocked player shot me somehow. He was in fact completely knocked and should only have had access to his knockdown shield. When I surprised him and shot him with my Peacekeeper, he was crouching and also I believe looting the deathbox of my team mate.
What should be happening instead? It should not be doing this.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try simulating crouching and looting when getting knocked?

This is the infamous shoot while knocked bug I guess.  I just did this report to let you know about the crouching/looting, in case it is a factor to test for.

I downed IMMEDIATELY after clicking the location for the package, and after the short down animation, my character pulled out her spitfire and was able to shoot. The submit button seems to not work on my PC so I can’t upload the video or dxdiag.

In the above video you can see a wraith being knocked at the top of a stairwell at market. She used her Q right before dying and it still got hrough making her phase while being downed.

After the phase is gone she can use her melee and shoot her weapon (mozambique).

THIS IS AFTER THE SEASON 1 PATCH WHICH SUPPOSEDLY FIXED THIS

What happens when the bug occurs? I got knocked down while using a med kit. I had the spitfire equipped and kept on spraying. Shot 2 people who we had already knocked down not sure why I couldn't stand up or run. Then realized I was bleeding out, but still able to fire.

What happens when the bug occurs? Something happened (not sure what triggered it) and I was unable to swap to my primary weapon. I tried switching weapon slots and then was completely unable to pull out any weapon unless I used an ability, after which it would pull out a weapon, but not allow me to switch again. Throwing my weapons on the ground and picking them back up did not resolve the bug and I also discovered I couldn't melee. We were in a fight at the time, and I get downed during it and in the heat of the action the "Gun is still out so I can shoot still while I'm downed" bug makes its reappearance with some extremely stuttery animation and catches us by surprise. We go on to explore what else is bugged out and discover I can't even swap a weapon out, and that the only way to pull one out is to use my active ability. However, once pulling out a weapon I can no longer holster it normally. Also discovered I could not pull out a grenade so we had to use the zone to down me. Which put me into the downed but I can still shoot state yet again, and rezzing me did not restore my ability to pull out a weapon, however allowing me to completely die to the zone and respawning me fixed the issue.
What should be happening instead? I shouldn't be able to shoot while downed and should be able to switch weapons and such.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Honestly not sure what caused it to happen, hopefully the video can provide some sort of idea of what triggered it so it can be fixed.
