What happens when the bug occurs? I was in a Fight with some people and went to hide and med up with a phoenix kit. Whilst using the kit I was shot and downed, but I was still able to shoot while I was down. instead of putting up my knock down shield. I knock the guy who knocked me down and killed him through this glitch.
What should be happening instead? Just going down and having my Knock down shield up and not shooting at the guy.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure since I have no idea at what triggered it.

Thanks, that's a great clip. I wonder if the combo of jumping while healing, while taking the downing shot is a factor?
If anyone else gets a clip that would be very helpful.
Yea I wonder if it is the jumping, healing and me clicking to cancel the heal to shoot and then shooting has anything to do with it and it just confused the system with too many inputs.

Happened to me 2019-03-20, I got downed and was about to be thirsted so I went to activate my shield and instead I started shooting : /
