What happens when the bug occurs? After downing, I had my spitfire available and could fire

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? IDK, try calling in a lifeline package the moment you’re downed.

I downed IMMEDIATELY after clicking the location for the package, and after the short down animation, my character pulled out her spitfire and was able to shoot. The submit button seems to not work on my PC so I can’t upload the video or dxdiag.
