What happens when the bug occurs? I have not attempted to reproduce the bug due to the circumstances being fairly rare. I was using a phoenix kit to heal up and was downed by an enemy Lifeline. I had a Legendary Knockdown Shield equipped. While I was down, I was still able to shoot my weapon and deal damage to the enemy. I was using an R-301 Carbine.
What should be happening instead? I should not have been able to shoot while being down.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a legendary knockdown shield equipped, be in the process of using a phoenix kit, get shot down by an enemy, be able to still shoot while being down
I have not attempted to reproduce the bug due to the circumstances being fairly rare.

While I was down, I was still able to shoot my weapon and deal damage to the enemy.

I want to bring this up - I was able to shoot enemies while downed.

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Using a phoenix kit, with a Legendary Knockdown Shield equipped, being downed by an enemy: using devotion, grappling (i think i grappled a tree? to the south side of bunker by the house). Got downed shortly after grappling (not sure if mid air or if i got knocked up by a grenade). I believe i was reloading at the time.

What happens when the bug occurs? Weapon finished reloading and was able to down enemy team from down position. Could not use knockdown shield.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? No clue. Try grapple swinging towards an enemy while being shot at/down with low hp?
I do not remember the exact equipment I had when the issue occured. Just the weapon I was using.
