Had a legendary knockdown too,
But i was not phoenixing, intead, with Mirage I tried to launch my ultimate and got down just as it launched, when I reapeared i was able to shoot, i even managed to knockdown the one to put me down.
this just happened to me. it was a mirage who used his q or even ult and i knocked him very soon after.
maybe it happens near objects
