What happens when the bug occurs? You can shoot a gun while knocked down.
What should be happening instead? You shouldn't be able to shoot a gun while knocked down.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? You press your ultimate button (LB & RB) at the same time/frame you get knocked by an enemy, you are then able to aim in and shoot the gun you were holding. Works with or without ultimate ready and on any legends.
