Player name won’t show and can’t log into games

I’m on Xbox and my player name isn’t showing in the lobby my friends list won’t let me invite other or join them and it won’t let me queue into any games I’ve already reset my console and a bunch of ...

@Aimos1992 hopefully friend we will get update on this new event coming and then it will be fixed coz my pc friend had a update then it got fixed for him im also waiting from a month now for update when bug happened to u me it happened on 5 december

I hope so, I've played apex from the very 1st day it come out I have soo much money put into my account and the time spent playing and leveling aswell. I haven't been able to play for over a month now either. considering I've been such a committed player I'm so disappointed 😞.
