Community ManagerHey folks, sorry to hear that you’re all unable to start matches. Could you please give us more details on what exactly happens when you try to do so? Any error messages? Is the option to start a ranked match available for you?
For me, it was like this. I open Apex on my OG Xbox One, got "This profile is not permitted to play online..." alert, I spam Retry button, I got into lobby, shows no player name and cannot start matcmaking saying "Party is not ready", also the matchmaking option is stuck on Orientation Match only.
