PlayStation - Game keeps crashing

As the title states, my game keeps crashing after my first death in the new LTM Knockout. It seems to only occur upon my first death, none of the following deaths have crashed my game. I'm playing on...

so far I only know ps5 having the issue, any game mode it continually crashes

      Coming up on 24 hours and no fix?  Really good way to alienate a good portion of your player base.
