I am experiencing a bug while trying to purchase the ultimate + battlepass.

Unfortunately we're unable to reverse in-game purchases or grant coins, etc. If that was a separate purchase through the PSN marketplace, you would want to get in touch with PlayStation Support to see what options they would have available.

There was an issue with this earlier, but we've heard it should now be corrected.

Thanks for your quick response. I am still having trouble. I have another problem right now, I have purchased the normal battlepass. I thought that I had to unlock the battlepass by purchasing the normal one, and then upgrade towards ultimate or ultimate +.
Unfortunately this did not work, now figuring out it is a bug. Do you have any idea if it is possible to get my money back or coins, duo to the issues about this battlepass bug?

Thanks again for your quick reply. Do you have any idea when this bug/ issue gets fixed?
I also have question about the ultimate+ battle pass, is there a way for me to purchase this battle pass after the fix with discount? My account should have the basic battle pass, I assume that I unfortunately will miss out on the extra’s, right?

Beyond that we wouldn't have any other information to share I'm afraid, but it may be worth checking back through your console marketplace specifically to see if any other upgrade options are available.
