Predator rewards missing

Any news with this Bug that happaned at the first day of the season?

i receive the Season 10 Battle Royale  Apex Predator rewards which is the  trails, badge and charms. As i was about to equip the Season 10 Predator badge to my Banners after checking the rewards i received the game had an error that say "Server Shutting Down" which forces the player to go back to the log in section of the game.

After loggin in back everything got a reset, the rewards announcement got announce again and i once again need to equip the BR Apex predator gun charm to a gun (Car SMG, equip the dive trail then after i got to the part where im gonna equip the Badge to my Banners it got turned/reverted to a Masters BR badge instead of a Apex predator. I then checked my Rank points on my records and it got reverted to Masters even tho i have enought points (112 in the leaderboard for Playstation) to end up in Apex Predator in BR.

its been 4 days since the issue and there hasn't been any post from Respawn or EA about the issue.
