    That's definitely odd. Just to make sure, you connected your Steam account to the same EA Account you were using to play Apex Legends in Origin, right?

In Origin: All characters unlocked.
In Steam: All characters unlocked except Horizon, Fuse and Valkyrie. All badges and skins retained for all unlocked characters. I used my legends token to unlock Valkyrie as I wanted to play her badly. No I did not lose any others such as Caustic, Rampart etc.
