Do you have any other devices currently connected to your Nintendo Switch? If so, can you try disconnecting the other devices to test and see if that makes a difference at all?

Hi this has been happening to me a lot this week in Apex Legends, I play Rocket League online with no disconnection from my Pro Controller, it's literally brand new so if you can look into potential controller bugs for Apex, that would be great.
Too many times I've had people in my sights and the controller cuts out then comes back in once I'm downed. Pleasseeee

If it keeps happening often it might be best to reach out to Nintendo Support so they can take a look. They may be able to offer some insight on what could be causing this to happen. You can find more information on how to contact them over at the Nintendo Support website.

Community ManagerHave you tried disconnecting the Joy-Cons from your Switch to test and see if that makes a difference at all? You should be able to disconnect them through the controller menu.
If you're able to give that a try please let me know if the Pro Controller is still disconnecting. Thank you!
