Hi this has been happening to me a lot this week in Apex Legends, I play Rocket League online with no disconnection from my Pro Controller, it's literally brand new so if you can look into potential controller bugs for Apex, that would be great.
Too many times I've had people in my sights and the controller cuts out then comes back in once I'm downed. Pleasseeee

If it keeps happening often it might be best to reach out to Nintendo Support so they can take a look. They may be able to offer some insight on what could be causing this to happen. You can find more information on how to contact them over at the Nintendo Support website.

Community ManagerHave you tried disconnecting the Joy-Cons from your Switch to test and see if that makes a difference at all? You should be able to disconnect them through the controller menu.
If you're able to give that a try please let me know if the Pro Controller is still disconnecting. Thank you!

Hey there. I am having an issue with my pro controller disconnecting as soon as apex boots up on my switch lite. Outside of apex the controller stays connected just fine. Might be a bug so i thought id let you know

What happens if you try connecting the Pro Controller while Apex Legends is already running? Are you able to use it, or does it not want to connect at all?

It'll act like its connected til i use the switch on its own for a minute then try to connect the pro controller. I think it doesn't recognize that the controller is connected at first
