PS4 Controller Drift issues

Where did the issue occur? In a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. all parts of the map
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. all parts of the game
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? No
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? Since Season 5 patch

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? Right analog stick drifting to the point the game is unplayable. I've tried all options to changes Deadzones and aim responses. The controller does not do it for any other games. My son who uses the PS$ as well and Apex on a different login does not have the same issue with the same controller.
What should be happening instead? Aim movements should stay still when right analog stick is not moved.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unknown
Help with this issue, this is the 2nd time I have encountered this and have bought a new controller to fix, but the issue remains the same.
