PS5 Aiming Inconsistency

After Awakening update, my aim has felt off. I haven’t changed any settings. But when I’m trying to track someone I have random bursts of real slow and fast movements. It feels like there is no consistency in the aiming itself and just has random burst of movements at different times. I have the problem also looking around when looting. It’ll feel sluggish then super fast and inconsistent. It’s making it impossible to track people while aiming. But when I play other shooter games such as COD my aim feels perfectly fine with no problems at all.
