Community AdminNot sure if this is any help, i think this a deliberate action either by Sony or Microsoft. The dualsense edge does work through steam and it is able to recognize the controller however the wrong buttons appear, like its an xbox controller (which is annoying but usable). However if you use the EA app as i do, or did, the controller will not hook at all. Also a dualsense edge is recognized by my PC as an audio device???? No way i can change it either. Typical problems with "new" products. I dont think this is something EA can fix but, if steam can hook it into the game then you would think EA could as well. Hope to here a response to this soon.
