[PS5] getting kicked during match due to server and gets penalized

I’ve tried resetting and everything like you mentioned and i am hard wired. I just keep getting code net

Thanks for letting me know. Try using alternate DNS settings with the steps here. If you don't see a difference, try the Google DNS servers. Those are: Primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - Secondary alt number 8.8.4.4.

      @KeeFzYz 

      Try checking your router settings to see if UPnP is enabled. Also in your router settings, see if QoS (Quality of Service) is an option. If it is, enable it and set your console to be prioritized. It would be good to see if there's a firmware update available as well.
