Queue bug

Im playing on ps4 and ı downloaded the game after a few months but right now ı cant get into any matches its stuck with 5,15,20 players in queue for hours ı tried reconnecting the internet or restarting the game only one thing worked that is changing server to a server with 300 ping and with that ping ı cant play even on my normal server ım playing with 120 ping ı dont know what to do  (my normal server is frankfurt)
