Rampart's barrier doesn't work

What happens when the bug occurs? Rampart is unable to place a barricade in certain locations, even when the indicator is blue. Rampart's hands will move (in the animation of trying to place a wall) but then doesn't. You can click multiple times. What should be happening instead? Wall is placed.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play Rampart on some maps, and try to put walls down. You will definitely be able to replicate this issue.
