Rampart's barrier doesn't work
Frequently the amped cover doesn't work when i try to use it. I recorded a video showing the problem: https://youtu.be/3C4oc9OzWgo Does any body know how to solve it?

@EA_Kent Thanks a million sucks cuz I got my first 2.5k badge almost 3 and had no problems so I decided to run with her for a while and now am encountering that problem a lot to the point I stopped using her.
@XvArawnvX At least the major bug (Troll-Barrier-Deploys) seems to no-longer be a problem, but there is still an absurdly high number of places you can't put down a barrier where you should be able to.
