Rampart's barrier doesn't work
Frequently the amped cover doesn't work when i try to use it. I recorded a video showing the problem: https://youtu.be/3C4oc9OzWgo Does any body know how to solve it?

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. i was running a test

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? the wall barrier won't be able to be ut down
What should be happening instead? the wall barrier should be able to be put down
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? go on the hill in the shooting range and on the hill you spawn from try to put down the wall barrier. wait till the barrier is red, then jump up or down to fix it.
in unreal editor
- select object,
hold the shift key on the keyboard,
left click another object,
now when you move one object then the other object moves too.
- open editor surface snapping options
- check surface snapping
- uncheck rotate to surface normal, or else the moved object will tilt on its side when climbing up
watch rampart try to place her barrier wall, it has rotate to surface normal turned on.
when the barrier is red it can't be put down because surface snapping isn't working, this is a bug.
when rampart jumps up and down this negates rotate to surface normal which tilts the moved object because rampart and her barrier are moving together.
when at full jump shes not snapping to the object shes touching which turns off rotate to surface normal tilting.
so turn on surface snapping, turn off rotate to surface normal, to fix ramparts wall barrier bug.
