@Manekitt & @Berwar_Mayi If you guys play on more than one platform, your rank progression is sadly tied to that platform only.
Here's an example:
PC: Diamond
Xbox: Masters
- On PC, you will see yourself as a Diamond ranked player, but a Masters ranked player on Xbox.

What happens when the bug occurs? I was platinum 2 after the split this season. I played two games and went back to the lobby. When I got back to the lobby the game kicked my back to the main menu. When I logged back in my rank was reset all the way to rookie 4
What should be happening instead? My rank should have stayed where it was
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I’m not sure. I don’t know why my rank was reset all the way
