Rank keeps resetting mid-season

Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. No actions needed

What happens when the bug occurs? This season my rank has randomly reset 3 times. I played for 3 weeks, got up to gold, then the next game I play im suddenly bronze again. I play for another 4 weeks, get up to gold, then I log in the next day... bronze again!. I then ranked up to gold rank once more and now I log in this morning to play... Reverted to bronze rank a third time! the same happens with my arena rank, when it resets, Im asked to play the 5 games or whatever it is to decide my rank. What gives? Ive never had this happen before. My rank it basically meaningless now.
