What happens when the bug occurs? I can't match with my buddy in ranked series 3. I am silver II and he is bronze, but my lvl icon shows me as plat IV which is my rank of series 2. This glitch is why it says you should have 1 tier difference.
What should be happening instead? Matchmaking and not showing it as Plat IV
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to play
Showing incorrect rank in series3. It is showing me as Plat IV (last season rank) instead of silver II after the soft reset. So I can't match with my friends.
