    Hey all. 


    We received confirmation that if you play a few matches it should sync your ranks back up. It might take a couple tries, but eventually it should line back up for you so you can group up normally again.

    I know this has been a pretty frustrating thing to deal with, so I appreciate your patience on this as well all the info you guys were able to send us. 👍

@BaldWraithSimp Yes I try but I am not facing a high queue time but a never ending queue time, always alone in the lobby, for more than 30min...

    I’ve been trying for days now to play ranked solo but it’s impossible to do so. There’s no one else in the queue. Is there a way you can actually look into this issue?
