    Hey everyone,

    Thanks for the posts. Just confirming here that we are aware and looking into the various Rumble issues reported throughout this thread.

    That would include having your rank reset, as well as not being able to get into Rumble or earn points in Rumble.

I have had this account for a very very long time switched through many different cross progression's pc to ps4 to ps5 back to pc etc. I have a great multitude of times now that I have achieved a rank and then had it stripped from me at the reset and never shown. I have had theories that it's a glitch in the cross progression as i know the ranked in pc and console are separate, but my glitch goes like this i have achieved Diamond 2 times now on this account once on console and on pc and both times now it seems to have been stripped and now, I'm reset to rookie rank. This stuff is tiring like I'm about to quit or just start a new account and in the end quit again. This glitch has been with me for literally 3 YEARS. 

No I did not screenshot my diamond achievement but I do have an instance of before the reset I have this recording to prove the rank got all screwy for once I recorded it that should be a testimate to how many times this has happened to me

PS: at least use this proof to fix the glitch and the game please.

@KermitsTinder i have the same problem check on apextracker.gg i have a rookie cant play rumble but yesterday i got diamond 4 ☹️ and it shows in apex tracker
