What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Trying to re-enter for ranked rumble

What happens when the bug occurs? My ranked rumble progress is stuck at ten games And won’t let me reset it’s just at ten out of ten games and it’s not letting me earned points
What should be happening instead? My probably should reset in my 10 out of 10 games should be zero out of 10 and I should be earning points each game and able to reset my games that way I can play and points.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? it randomly happened to me. I don’t know what caused it.
