Rank resetting to Rookie / Users gaining 0 RP

    Hi, for clarity I'll repost the tweet from before again. 

    The actual rank loss should no longer happen, but there can be a visual rank loss, where you're told you deranked but didn't actually. 

    Also there will be an RP restoration for those affected.

    Edit: The restoration was applied. However if you have progressed past our previous position you won't be reset as this would roll you back.

Same thing happened to me I ended masters last split. When I first launched it showed platnium 2 but when I queued for my first ranked match it showed me in rookie 4.

Did this end up getting fixed or did you have to play all the way back up?

    No just happend to me I sent from current d4 to rookie 4

    @gabez100 No I got the bug was masters last szn got placed to plat 2 played and got plat 1 got de ranked to rookie and then manage to get to silver 2 in about 4hrs and then got de ranked again to rookie so I have given up with ranked atm till apex fix it

    @gabez100 I can’t even go back up it keeps resetting me to rookie 4 no matter what
