Rank resetting to Rookie / Users gaining 0 RP

This happened to me as well. Dropped from silver 2-Rookie 4 mid session this morning 

yes same, just now. Gold 2 to rookie 4? wtf

yeah when ever i get to Bronze 1 it de-ranks me next game back to Rookie 4, happened now 5 times, its becoming annoying now, all my friends are gold or above and i am still rookie 4. 

i lost my rating points 3 times in a row

What happens when the bug occurs? Every single time at the end of ranked game rank level up point do not add up. It always shows BP received zero 0.
What should be happening instead? In game received BP point should add up to increase the rank.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Rank up is very important part of the system. Please fix it ASAP.

Please review the screenshots for this major issue.  Which forces you to not return to game again. My battle points after winning not adding up in this season. Even though I became champion still total battle point received zero. Have screenshots for this issue as well.

What happens when the bug occurs? I get demoted to rookie 4
What should be happening instead? Gain/lose some RP, not enough to demote me even one rank.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Read the 100's of messages and reports on this problem. EA/RESPAWN is already aware of the problem and has claimed to have fixed it, yet players are still being set back by it.

There is also the claim on twitter that there was going to be a one time RP restoration, this has not happened for me.

All I ask is for an update at the moment, the fix will happen this season or the next.

What happens when the bug occurs? Inaccurate RO demotion. Lost 655 RP in a bronze level match, set all the way back to rank 1. Friends did not experience this, will be unable to play with them. This is the second time I have been set to rank 1.
What should be happening instead? Rank should be removed appropriately
