What happens when the bug occurs? After winning a ranked match got demoted from platinum 4 to rookie 4.
What should be happening instead? The opposite last I checked... should be gaining points and ranking up, I guess?

This is the most disruptive bug i have experienced playing apex legends yet. I usually play with a squad, so it does not only affect me but my team mates as well. Very frustrating! A lot of time has went into gaining RP, can't imagine doing it again if that means grinding ALL the RP from rookie and up. Hoping for a fix ASAP.
