Rank resetting to Rookie / Users gaining 0 RP

What happens when the bug occurs? Rather than being given positive RP after a ranked match, the score adjusment says "+0"
What should be happening instead? I should be given positive RP
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play a ranked match, receive positive RP from kills, assists, participation and placement.

This has happened quite a few times now. I was wondering why I was having such a hard time getting out of "Silver 1" rank despite having some decent placements. I haven't been playing all that well, so I just figured it was because of my lower than normal kill count. But then I started to to notice multiple matches where my Score Adjusment was exactly 0. These were in matches where I didn't have any teammates abandon the match, and I was getting top 10 or top 5 placements. Finally I took some time to look and actually count my score. And it didn't add up at all  especially not to 0. 

I took the screenshot from a game that was pretty average, not high in kills, and not a win, but should jave paid out positive RP, and it gave 0.

What happens when the bug occurs? First time getting reset during the season. Random players on console have been complaining about losing rp after a positive game.
