Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. I was loading into the match when I saw my team banners I saw we were rookie 4 we had just played at least 5 matches in gold 4
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Loading into a match we were Gold IV almost III

What happens when the bug occurs? The rank that I grinded to is reset to Rookie IV. I started the season out at Silver II grinded to almost Gold III.
What should be happening instead? I should have just lost the normal mount of points so that I was not reset past the rank I was in. I was 270 from gold III
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? To be quite honest I am not sure how the bug can be recreated, because this has never happened to me before,researching reddit and ea forums I see that this is a rare bug that has been a know issue with at the time of writing this not fix.
My friend and I were playing ranked just fine, we had a few bad games and we lost a bit of points but when we loaded into our 6th ranked game I noticed in the banner screen we were all rookie 4 we played gaining a bit of points and then all of a sudden in the lobby we are rookie 4 with the points we earned being the ones in the match we had just played. This is frustrating and made me kinda lose motivation to play ranked.
