Ranked badge deranked to bronze

With the shadow society update it removed my ranked badge rewards from season 4-14 diamond and master badges.  At this point the game hasn’t functioned properly in years and I’d like to be reimbursed from your neglect of game function priority.

What happens when the bug occurs? When I returned to lobby all the legends had a notification and all my badges from previous ranks were all changed to just bronze and rookie even though I have had platnium badges and gold badges. Now they are not there anymore
What should be happening instead? All the badges should return as they were before

This seems to happen after today's update as of today, 03/26/2024, when I logged in I hopped into one match and after returning to lobby after that match I could switch to any of the tabs so I closed the game and logged in and the locker had the red dot notification on every legend and that's when I saw all my ranked badges were reset all to the bronze or rookie badge from each season even though I have had platnium badges, gold badges and silver badges from those previous seasons and now they're all just bronze and rookie now which is quite confusing and I'm not sure why?

Today when I logged on I noticed all my legends had gotten new things. I clicked on them and saw that it was two new badges. I don't normally play ranked so this is very confusing. They're the season 13 and 14 master badges. I've added a screen shot as proof.

I've had this account from szn 5. Since the new update, All my badges before szn 15 are now bronze/rookie?!. I lost multiple master badges. It moved around many people's badges?! Still have 4k20bs etc, just no ranked badges before szn 15. Please help I won't play the game anymore if my previous grinds to masters don't matter. Ign TTVSovernit. Any help would be appreciated!

SOOOoo I logged in after doing the update that took place in the last day or two and saw that all of my ranked badges have been changed to bronze between S3 and S14. Lost a few diamond and a masters badge. Was wondering if anyone else had the same issue?

I have reached out to their support team to see what can be done and am waiting on an answer.

Hi. My season 12 diamond badge and 13 masters badge was changed to bronze with todays update / event (shadow society) how do I get them back and are other people having an issue like this. My friends eho have the same badges had no problem like this and theirs still remain 

The same thing happened to me. The badges that were left on that were originally platinum/gold are the same shiny type animation, but just bronze. Have no clue why it’s happened.
