Ranked badge deranked

I'm missing my diamond badge from season 16, I have proof. My EA ID is Doodsandstuff, I play on steam. For season 16, I received the diamond charm and a gold ranked badge. When season 16 ended I remember unlocking the diamond badge but I never received it in my inventory, so I waited to see if it was just slow to load. It's been a year now and I still don't have it. I'll post screenshots below.
