Ranked Bug causing RP loss

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Restarting Apex Legends

What happens when the bug occurs? Game freezes when it shows how long till legend select screen, when I restart it I can’t move and have to restart again or my game goes dim I see disconnect symbol by my health bar and all I can do is look around can’t move or anything, restarting it when it’s dim doesn’t fix it like the other version of the glitch that I have experienced this season. I’ve dropped almost 3 ranks in 1 hour from this glitch. I was plat 2 now I’m almost gold 1
What should be happening instead? It shouldn’t freeze and I should be able to move instead of just being able to look around
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just play ranked and eventually it will happen
Please fix soon and if possible please restore my RP.
Same problem here. 4 times today, lost rank each time in Plat. How is this not fixed? I remember this same issue happening several seasons ago, and again over the past few days. No alternatives? no response from EA? No "hey we will look into it/working on fixing it" no, nothing. Same as last time.
Here, is very simple. Each time this happens, dont let us lose rank. That's it. Loss forgiveness each time the bug occurs. It was done in the past for other bugs, why is it so hard for this? Fix it please. it is very frustrating to grind ranked and then lose it by simply staring at a loading screen.
