Ranked not initialized

I am getting the same, 'Ranked not initialized, try restarted' error.

This started when I let my son play on my Xbox under his account and I moved to the PC with my account.  I already played Apex on PC before and didn't have any issues but it's been a while.

Since then it's been giving that error... I am able to play other game modes with or without my son present but I cannot play ranked games on either the Xbox or PC now.  

This is after many resets / reboots and even switching consoles.  At first I thought it might be an Apex issue but it appears ranked games are still being played; I just can't play any.  ☹️  I haven't done anything wrong, I'm an anti-cheat guy truly, and just enjoy the ranked competition.  If this can be fixed please update me also on how.

I literally have to find a friend who can play rank and join him and he has to click trios first just so I can ready up
