I enter the game my name isn't showing up, I press ready and I tells me party not ready, if I go out to main page it tells me I'm not permitted to play , I'm really concerned about my account, I need help to know what to do and get my account back it
same bro , i even cant play in firing range but normally can surfing the content in lobby
So it started about a month ago, whenever I try to start up my apex it will give me a pop up that says 'This profile is not permitted to play online. See ea/unable-to-connect for additional information' I first messaged ea help nearly a month ago and got told my account was banned, then later that day got an email saying that wasn't the case, but I still couldn't get in. So I messaged again, only to get told my account has been deleted which I know isn't the case because I logged onto it to message ea help. I messaged again today and finally got some actual help and got told it's a bug, and that they're going to flag it but asked me to post on here so it can can get upvoted? I don't know I've never used this before.

Where did the issue occur? Returning to the lobby after a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Loading screen, in game, after game, technically anytime it happens randomly.
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. anything, anytime, randomly.

How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? issue started occurring a few months ago and hasn't changed at all.

What happens when the bug occurs? Either I can not get past the loading screen and the issue is "This profile is not permitted to play online." Or mid-game, I randomly freeze, get logged out and return to the lobby, I get kicked from my party or even go back to the loading screen and the same message comes up if that occurs. There is no fix for this online, I have made multiple accounts and the same thing occurred while in the middle of orientation matches.
What should be happening instead? being able to play the game
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look for the initial problem. this does not seem to be an issue on my end. I have made multiple accounts, linked profiles to EA and Origin, verified file integrity and uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times.
